Schiphol won the Travel Retail Award for ‘Best Airport for Customer Service 2019’. This award is based fully on passenger opinions. Around 5,000 international travellers cast their vote, rating the retail staff at various airports on factors such as customer friendliness, pro-active attitude and working approach.
Singapore Changi Airport, Abu Dhabi International Airport, Dubai International Airport and Hong Kong International Airport were the other airports in the race for this prize. Not the least!
