Processing Personal Data
Collecting, recording, organizing, storing, updating, modifying, retrieving, consulting, using, providing by means of forwarding, dissemination, or any other form of provision, bringing together, relating to one another, as well as shielding, erasing or destroying your Personal Data.

When you fill out our contact form, you will be asked to share the following information with us:

Customer Account
We will create a Customer Account for you in our system. This contains your personal information, such as name, billing address and telephone number. This means you do not have to re-enter all your data every time you place a new order. In your Customer Account you will also find information about your previous orders. You can log in with your e-mail address and personal password. We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of your agreement with us, or if this is required by law. In case of suspicion of fraud or abuse of our website, we are allowed to hand over your personal data to the competent authorities.

Payment Information
We use a secure payment environment in which you are able to pay in various ways. You always pay from a secure payment environment (an SSL connection that you can recognize by the «green lock» in your browser). When purchasing an Online Sealing Ticket, you will be asked to provide your payment information. This personal data is collected and processed directly by our external Payment Provider. This Provider is responsible for processing your payment information within the restrictions set by law. Data retention period
We do not store your personal data for longer than strictly necessary for the implementation of the purposes. The collected Personal Data is used and stored for the duration as determined by Dutch law.
